This website, mydesignonline.com, is operated by Joy Clements trading as C&C Printing, a sole trader based in Northern Ireland.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean C&C Printing. “You” and “your” mean the customer or website user.

Products and descriptions
We aim to ensure that descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
Personalised products are produced according to the artwork, details and specifications agreed for your order.
Screen displays and printing processes can affect how colours appear. Please discuss any essential colour-matching requirements with us before ordering. This does not affect our obligation to supply products matching their description and agreed specifications.
Orders and payment
Please check your order carefully before submitting it.
An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we separately confirm acceptance or begin the agreed work, whichever happens first.
If we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for goods or services we cannot provide.
The total price, including applicable VAT and delivery charges, will be shown at checkout or set out in an agreed quotation before payment.
Payment is due before work begins unless we have agreed alternative payment terms in writing.
Artwork and permissions
You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, images, wording or other material you supply for reproduction.
Please supply accurate personalisation details and artwork suitable for the intended product. We will contact you if we identify a problem requiring clarification.
Where a proof is provided, you are responsible for checking it carefully before approving production. Approval may be given by email, WhatsApp, telephone or through the website.
We remain responsible for producing the order in accordance with the agreed specifications and meeting our legal obligations.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel your order.
We offer a full refund where cancellation is requested before design work, artwork preparation or production has started and before we have incurred costs specifically for your order.
Once work has started or costs have been incurred, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible.
Please read our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Production and delivery
Orders are normally ready for dispatch or collection within two weeks of artwork approval unless otherwise agreed. Delivery time is additional.
Delivery charges are calculated individually. Free collection is available by arrangement from our business address.

Problems and complaints
If you are unhappy with an order or our service, please contact info@ccprinting.co.uk or telephone 028 66330 656.
Please include your order number and explain the issue so we can investigate and respond.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use it for unlawful purposes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, including in the Republic of Ireland, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable law.
